Rule 102
Procedures for obtaining public feedback
(1) If the proposal that a bill be publicized in order to get public feedback is approved, the secretary shall publish the bill in the Nepal Gazette mentioning the fixed period for collecting opinions. The bill may be publicized through other means of communication as needed and the opinions received within the prescribed period shall be collected and given to the presenting member through the chairman. (2) Other procedures for obtaining public feedback on the bill shall be as determined by the chairman.
